Priority Initiative Implementation

The County is committed to implementation, quality improvement, and sustainability of the priority initiatives within the OC MPA. The CEO will serve as the lead agency for OC MPA efforts by coordinating the implementation activities and ensuring communication within the community.

The CEO will designate project leaders to serve as the primary liaison to the bodies that comprise the OC MPA Priority Initiative Action teams and the community. The CEO will ensure the development of projects within the priority initiatives which will include population considerations and maintain progress. The CEO Data Analytics Team will provide oversight in performance monitoring and reporting of all action items and progress indicators.
