The County’s plan leaders will ensure progress of the priority initiatives and planned action items within the OC MPA. Reports will be developed to document progression and expected completion dates for each of the action items. In addition to progress toward the action items, each of the priority initiatives will develop key metrics to monitor success of the initiatives. These will be determined by the priority initiative action teams within the development process. An example of progress reporting is included below.

The anticipated completion date will be identified, with the understanding that this may be fluid depending on the complexity of the action items.

Key Performance Indicator
Key performance indicators include any identified outcomes related to the actions to monitor and report the effectiveness of the initiatives. These may be short, medium and long term.
Metrics
Metrics include any outputs related to monitor programmatic aspects of the actions.
Strategic Priority
If applicable, priority initiatives that are linked to the SFP will be identified and tracked.
Other Notes
Any other notes regarding the priority initiative will be included.
