The Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) allows elderly, disabled (receiving Social Security Disability Benefits, receiving Railroad Retirement Benefits, receiving Veteran’s Administration (VA) benefits based on total disability, approved for and currently receiving Medi-Cal benefits based on a disability) and homeless Cal Fresh recipients and their spouse to use their Golden State Advantage (EBT) card to purchase prepared meals from participating restaurants. You must be receiving Cal Fresh benefits and be in one of the groups listed to be eligible for the program. (more information)
